DO YOU DO RETURNS?

KMV The Label would be happy to exchange an item, but unfortunately at this time we do not accept returns. If it's a sizing/colour issue where you have ordered the wrong size or there is a defect on our end then we are happy to send you the perfect fit. However, in order for our team to accept your exchange your loungewear must be unwashed and unworn. If we receive items that are dirty or deemed unsellable (not in new condition), we have the ability to not accept your item(s) for exchange and the customer can choose to have the item(s) shipped back at their own expense.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

All exchange item(s) must be mailed within 7 days of receiving your order and will be inspected before processing your exchange.

DO YOU COVER COSTS FOR EXCHANGES?

All shipping expenses both ways for an exchange are the responsibility of the customer. However, if there is a defect on our end we will be happy to cover the shipping costs.
