WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Please allow for up to 5-7 business days for order processing. Items ship through Canada Post and should arrive in 10-15 business days. Please follow your tracking number and know we, as well as the shipping agents are doing everything we can to move things along quickly. Thank you so much for your patience babes Xo

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

KMV The Label ships exclusively from Canada and you may be responsible for paying custom fees and/or duty outside of Canada. Please note duties will be payable in your country by the customer and will be required prior to the release of your shipment for delivery.

WHAT IF I REFUSE TO PAY THE DUTIES AND TAXES?

If there happens to be duty on your order please do not refuse to pay it as you will not receive your loungewear. Unfortunately, if you refuse then this will incur a cost of the original delivery fee plus the fee it costs to have it returned back to KMV The Label.
